School Movement Programme
We bring structured, purposeful movement into the school day through fun, engaging sessions designed to support children’s physical and developmental needs.
Our science-based programme helps develop balance, coordination, strength, motor planning, focus and body confidence building essential movement foundations that support children both in the classroom and on the playground.
Delivered by trained Paediatric Movement Specialists, our sessions give children the opportunity to move, explore and develop through purposeful play.

Our Sport-Specific Kinderkinetics sessions uses purposeful, age-appropriate movement activities to develop the physical skills children need to participate and perform with greater confidence.
Sessions are tailored to the demands of the chosen sport, focusing on strength, balance, coordination, agility, speed, reaction time, motor planning and body awareness.
By strengthening these foundational movement skills, we help children move more efficiently, develop better control and build confidence in their sporting abilities.
